Match your IBO playlist to the right device
Open IBO Player Pro on the screen you are setting up. Its device identifiers open the playlist management page for that screen. Add the viewing details from your pandorasiptv order there.
Read the identifiers from the running app
Check installation guidance on iboplayer.pro and confirm the player name. Locate MAC Address and Device Key in the app on your device. Do not use identifiers copied from an old television or another person’s screenshot. Keep these values private.
Save the list for that screen
- Visit iboplayer.pro/manage-playlists/list/ in your browser.
- Enter the current MAC Address and Device Key shown by the player.
- Add the playlist information supplied with your order.
- Save the details and return to the viewing device.
- Refresh the player or reopen it to check the saved list.
Use the player year in an annual plan
A purchase of twelve months includes one year of IBO Player Pro. Discuss that included license before paying for one separately. Annual viewing also includes two extra months with one screen, or six extra months with two to five screens. Those viewing months do not extend the one-year player license.
Check again when replacing a device
A replacement television may show different device identifiers. Read them again and keep your order reference available before changing a saved playlist association. Contact us about the new device rather than assuming a screenshot from the old one contains the right codes.
